𝗛𝘆𝗽𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 even for those with 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘴 or those with a 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘬𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 nature. It is the one part of self-care that you never knew you were missing until you experience it. What inspired me to share hypnosis? I was born to care for those around me, and 𝘮𝘺 𝘯𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘳 𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘴... oncology at first and then anesthesia. As a nurse anesthetist, I have 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙗𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙖. 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝘅𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺 experienced by nearly all of us can knock our mind, body, spirit, and emotional selves out of balance. Traditional healthcare delivery model lacks the ability to make us whole. I incorporated hypnosis into my practice years ago to improve the disconnect. These techniques work rapidly and effectively address phobias such as needles or dental work, create a sense of calm where there was panic, or lessen discomfort and ease nausea; for example.
