Nadine Grzeskowiak, RN, BSN, CEN is founder and owner of RN On Call, Inc., and Gluten Free RN since 2007. Her prior career was as an emergency, trauma and critical care RN for 15 years. Nadine is a Celiac Disease expert and specialist. She authored her first book, Dough Nation: A Nurses Memoir of Celiac Disease from Missed Diagnosis to Food and Health Activism, which was released in September 2015. Nadine has produced 74 episodes for the Gluten Free RN Podcast, is a professional speaker with over 2000 talks and lectures given, and has developed and launched a 2-day seminar Celiac Disease and Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity for Nurses and Health Care Providers (approved for 8-16 continuing education hours by the ONA, accredited by the ANA).
